We ship from our Gold Coast studio via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays).

Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept change of mind returns. 

Faulty Returns

We are a small team and check each pair of socks carefully before we send them off to you. If for some reason you receive a faulty pair of socks, please get in touch with us and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.
